Every JKG ULTIMATE MOTORSPORTS product is covered by a limited warranty against
defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the original owner.
Should a problem occur due to defect, JKG Ultimate Motorsports will, at the company's
discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge. Damage to the product
resulting from an accident, neglect, or normal wear and tear will, at our discretion, be
repaired or replaced for a modest fee.
Original Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. If a warranty claim is
needed, purchaser should contact us for instructions.
Please note that all warranty claims must first be issued an RMA number (return
merchandise authorization) BEFORE item is returned to JKG Ultimate Motorsports. RMA
numbers can be obtained by e-mail us at admin@jkgultimatemotorsports.com
Please remember we do not accept shipments sent "collect". Products returned to us
with freight charges owing or without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to
sender.
